Savings Deduction checks will be availible for pick-up: December 3rd- 5am-5pm, December 4th- 8am-5pm, December 5th- 8am-5pm, December 6th 8am-4pm Anyone who cannot physically come in and pick up their check themselves (cannot have someone pick it up for you), William C. Earhart will start to mail them out the following week.
Next Union Meeting will be December 12, 2019 @ 7pm. Dinner will be provided.
Union Winter Christmas Party & Pin Dinner will be on December 7th @ The Monarch Hotel. RSVP with Samantha at the Union hall if you would like to attend. Must RSVP by December 2nd to attend the party. No walk-ins or payments at the door, as we will need an accurate head count before the party.
Apprenticeship Applicants: Our Apprenticeship Office and Union office take applications Monday-Friday from 9am-3pm. You need to bring with you before you can apply: a Valid Photo ID (State ID or Passport), Social Security Card (for Union Only), and only one of the following: High School Diploma/High School Transcript, GED, NCRC/Work Keys Certificate or Test Scores with a Bronze level overall score or higher. No documentation like College certificates or Transcripts will be accepted by the state as proof of high school equivilency. If you have any questions regarding the Apprenticeship office or their application process, call them 503-546-4235.
To sign up with only the Union as a Journeyman or Pre-Apprentice, we only need: Valid Photo ID/Passport and Social Security Card. If you have lost your SS card, the only other documentation we can accept for enrolling in the union is a letter from the Social Security Office dated current showing that you have re-applied for a new one and that it will be mailed to you.
